Founding partner of BP-RIO and CDC Development, partner and developer of Bajío Industrial Park, Ciudad Bajío and Puerto Logístico Work Experience: Prologis Vice-president managing the Monterrey, Reynosa, Jalisco and México City market; developing and administrating 800,000 m2 of industrial and logistic warehouses. Project director for Hines, developed the Queretaro Industrial Park, Guadalajara Technology Park and approximately 300,000m2 of buildings. Experience in the design and construction of approximately 300,00m2 of industrial warehouses as a partner for TAG International in the Bajío, Northeast, México City and border regions. Architect by the Anahuac University / Master in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Madrid Polytechnic University.

Development Director at BPRio and the Puerto Logistico – branded logistics parks. Mr. Almaguer coordinates all activities related to design, pre-construction and development of CDC and BP-RIO’s projects. Mr. Almaguer has been directly involved in the design, construction and operation of more than 3,500,000 square feet of industrial and logistic developments during his seventeen years in the construction and development business. Mr. Almaguer was head of engineering at Macquarie Mexico REIT in charge of all construction and development operations. He also was project manager of pre-construction for ProLogis where he managed all Mexico land due diligence and new development projects, feasibilities, permitting and pre-construction. Prior thereto, Mr. Almaguer was a construction manager in northeast Mexico region for Corporate Properties of the Americas. Mr. Almaguer is an Architect and postgraduate specialist in Construction Management by the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, and holds a master degree in Real Estate Management from the Centro Superior de Edificacion – Universidad Europea de Madrid in Spain.
